About Us

Bradshaws Gas Services is a sole trader business operated by Lee Bradshaw, based at 83 Walker Street, Nottingham, NG2 4QR. Gas Safe registration number 594111.

Services

We provide domestic plumbing, gas and heating services across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, Mansfield, Shirebrook and parts of Derby. All gas work is carried out by a fully qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge

All prices are confirmed before any work begins

The price quoted is the price charged unless additional work is identified and agreed on site

Bookings and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked by phone or via our website contact form

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

We will always contact you as soon as possible if we need to rearrange

Emergency Callouts

Emergency callouts are available 7 days a week including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Our target response time is 60 to 90 minutes but this cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed

We accept cash and bank transfer

Invoices are issued on request

Liability

We carry full public liability insurance

We are not liable for any pre-existing issues or faults not identified during the original job

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out

Guarantees and Warranties

All work is carried out to industry standards

Any issues arising directly from our workmanship will be rectified free of charge within a reasonable timeframe

Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable
